La Belle Chateau Elite....the Beautiful Elite Castle. I really think I am incapable of making a small or moderate sized house. No matter how hard I try, it always turns into a mansion. And the LBCE is no exception - my original plan was a medium sized beach home with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms. But once I got going I couldn't stop.
The house includes 21 rooms (not including the bathrooms & closets), 8 bathrooms (3 half baths/powder rooms, 5 full bathrooms)- 9 if you include the sauna-spa room, 2 car garage with a mother-in-law suite above. The mother-in-law suite includes a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, plus an unfinished attic. The house is sparsely furnished, well manicured lawn & garden, in ground "infinity" pool with a lovely pond below. Private beach with boat & fishing dock. Every room is very spacious.
