A lovely 100 year old home located on a spacious lot, its been unoccupied for quite some time now. This old home is desperately in need of a renovation - with old fashioned doors and windows and lots of paneling on the walls- it would be perfect for a house flipper - or for someone who prefers a home reminiscent of a time long past.

Well then here's a quick run down of the amenities of this property: you get a spacious lot - 4x5, a 2 car driveway with a carport (for one car), out back as I mentioned is an old graveway. There's a lovely glass 3 season porch which would make a lovely breakfast nook or sun room. Inside the house you will find a large kitchen/dining room combination (with a pot belly stove), as well as a powder room and a coat closet. There's a large living room with a gorgeous fireplace, pocket doors lead to a large study.
