St. Luke's - A lovely old lot and then-some

A lovely 100 year old home located on a spacious lot, its been unoccupied for quite some time now. This old home is desperately in need of a renovation - with old fashioned doors and windows and lots of paneling on the walls- it would be perfect for a house flipper - or for someone who prefers a home reminiscent of a time long past.

Speaking of the past, I must warn, this home has quite a past. Its been about 10 years since it had someone living here - or should I say since it last had a living resident here. Tragically the last family - and the family before them - and the family before them - had all meet their demise within weeks of moving in. Tragic accidents have taken the lives of many who had dared to live here - even a few visitors fell victim to the "Curse of St. Luke's".

And though so many people had lost their lives on this property, their memories live on, as do their spirits. You see, there is a graveyard out back specially for those who died within the property limits. And though they are no longer with us in body, sometimes at night they are here in spirit. So I ask you, are you brave enough to be the next owner of St. Luke's?

Oh so your a skeptic and am interested in purchasing the lot anyway, huh? Well then here's a quick run down of the amenities of this property: you get a spacious lot - 4x5, a 2 car driveway with a carport (for one car), out back as I mentioned is an old graveway. There's a lovely glass 3 season porch which would make a lovely breakfast nook or sun room. Inside the house you will find a large kitchen/dining room combination (with a pot belly stove), as well as a powder room and a coat closet. There's a large living room with a gorgeous fireplace, pocket doors lead to a large study. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom, plus three guest or children bedrooms, plus one large full bathroom. A spiral stairway leads to an unfinished attic. Plus there's a full unfinished basement, which you may access from the backyard. As I mentioned, the house hasn't been renovated in ages, there's load of wood paneling, and the bathroom tiles could use updating as well. The home is completely unfurnished, aside from a bench in the graveyard. (For a quick rundown of everything within, scroll to the bottom of this page for a full list)

Make sure to have smudging sage & a large bottle of holy water before you download St. Luke's Residence & Graveyard
