Both Paintings are from Reflex Sim's Meshes. For the Blood Art Painting you'll need the Rattan Painting Mesh you can get it from Reflex Sims - living rooms page 7. And the flower painting I used the Litricali Living Room Painting Mesh - which you can either get from Reflex Sim's Premium Sets section or from Paysites Must Be Destroyed.
