An oldie I shared a while back in the Sims 2 Fanatics Community Yahoo Group. My recolor of Sims Design Avenue/Caravan's Louisiana Curtains. These curtains actually match the real curtains I have hanging in my living room.
You need the mesh, which you can get at the Sim's Cave, http://simscave.mustbedestroyed.org/index.php?action=forum - you can find them in the TS2 Sharing Area in the Caravan Sims/Sims Design Area board.
