Final Update For 2014

Happy New Years Eve everyone! I hope you all had wonderful Christmas & Hanukkah (or whatever other special holidays you celebrate in your culture)celebrations! I have three very happy kids whom were spoiled by Santa!

I have one small update for this last day of 2014 for you all. A clock - its the actual clock that hangs in my kitchen - I previously created a wallpaper with the clock image - but that was long before I figured out how to use Sims PE :)

That is an awful selfie of me - so pretend I'm not there lol. Behind me is a picture of the actual clock, its one I bought when I worked for At Home America a few years backs. The clock never tells the correct time, even with fresh batteries but I love the design, plus the shades of gold & red match my kitchen rather well.

And my simmed version of the clock. I used Adele's Rister Clock for the mesh, with her permission, the mesh is included in the RAR file.

Crystal Sims 2 Llano & Chateau d'Ax sofas....recolored

I love Crystal Sims 2 Creations, especially two of CS's sofa sectionals - the ones from the Llano set and from the Chteau d'Ax set. I've mentioned this before, I've been working on a Simmed version of my real house (just completely renovated lol), the section from CS Chteau d'Ax set is identical to my real sofa, just shade of brown is a little lighter than my actual sofa, so I've made two recolors of it. I've also recolored the sofa from the Llano set because its one of my favorites and needed a few additional color options for it.

Since the site has closed down a while ago and there's no archive anywhere that I know of, I've included the meshes for you.

Kitchen Art....

Designing my "real home" in the Sims, I needed a bit of art that resembled something I've designed for my actual kitchen. My own real kitchen has a red/beige/yellow color scheme going on, and I've designed several art pieces to match it. This piece is just one of those that hang in my actual kitchen.

A Frozen Little Girl's Room...

What little girl doesn't love Disney's Frozen? My daughter is completely obsessed, so I created this little set just for her. In this set, I made curtains (mesh by Sims In Paris included), 4 rugs (you need H&M Stuff pack), bedding, and a poster(requires Night Life).

Dinosaur Kids Room

My nine year old son LOVES dinosaurs. He knows just about everything about all of them that have been discovered thus far. He knows about many I haven't even heard of, and for him, I made this little bedroom set.

Included in the set is the bedding (bunk bed not included, you can find it at Sassy Sims Blog), a rug(mesh: Do A Little Turn Rug - from H&M Stuff Pack), curtains (mesh from Avalon Sims 2, included), & some art work (requires Seasons - mesh used: A Home For All Seasons Painting).

The bedding doesn't look great on double beds, the pattern is way off center, and no matter what I done, I couldn't figure out how to center it without screwing up the single bed art work. But its really meant for a kids bed anyway, not many kids that I know have double beds :)

Comfy Recliner for Man's Cave

Was working on a home theater/man's cave, the Cheap Ez Recliner is my favorite recliner to match this theme, has just the right look for a home theater recliner, just not the right color to match what I was going for. When I recolored it, I was going for a darker black look, but the way it came out, it looks like a soft black suede texture which I actually really like :) . I believe the Cheap EZ Recliner aka Puffy Recliner is base game compatible.

Because We Need A Little Christmas....

The Holidays are upon us once again, that wonderful time of year when we're shopping for presents, decorating the houses all, drinking eggnog & having loads of fun! Christmasy Pillows - to stack the Ho Ho Ho pillows, I used the boolprop snapobjectstogrid false, boolprop allow45degreeangle true, and move_objects on cheat codes. The deluxe pillows lace is interchangeable. So have fun mixing and matching :)
