Various Sims in Paris Recolors
This is something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I LOVE Sims In Paris, they have such a unique style, I love everything they created. I started with SIP Bedroom 3, then I wanted to use the chest & mirror from Bathroom 4, so I ended up retexturing everything in Bathroom 4 to match up with my retextures of Bedroom 3. I decided this set looked like a teen bedroom, so I made some posters for it (not SIP recolors, they are stand alone Maxis Clones), I don't know how girly teenagerish The Hobbit Movie is - but I love The Hobbit Movies, so I made 3 Hobbit Posters to go with it. I was going to stop there temporarily but since I created a whole new house to text my retextures, and right next to this first bedroom I worked in, was a second smaller bedroom which I call the "younger darker sister's bedroom" - and made a gothy retexture of Bedroom 2. Originally I used the window shade from living room 4 as the window shade for this second bedroom (i actually ended up making curtains to match the bedding from Forum Gift 4), so I decided to recolor the sofa, chair, fireplace & plant from Living Room 4 also. I had to stop myself, or else I would have ended up with a thousand things that I'd likely lose in my computer somewhere before sharing, so here is my first Sims In Paris recolors. Enjoy!
I've included the meshes(with permission) for your convenience - the meshes are only for what I recolored, if you want the full original sets, visit Sims In Paris (this is a mirror/archive, Jasmine & Delphine retired from creating a while ago.). The forum gifts used to be available thru Black Pearl Sims, but the forum shut down last month, and their archives seemed to have vanished - however I have them all, so if you need them, just let me know.

Log Cabin Delight
My intention for loading up the game today was to test some things I'm working on, but I ended up doing something totally different. Instead I ended up giving a Maxis Home a facelift.
Located in Belladonna Cove, 310 Bay View Cove was an Adobe Style home, but not anymore. Its been converted into a large log cabin fit for the whole family. This remodeled edition features a full basement, an open concept main level with a large kitchen, living room & dining room. A large stone fireplace in the living room/dining room area. The second story has 3 bedrooms - master bedroom includes a stone fireplace and a master bathroom. There's 1 additional full bath. There's also a second story front terrace. There is a full attic, but currently there's no ladder or staircase to access it - but that could easily be added. The basement is fully finished but unfurnished. Additional amenities include a 1 car driveway, inground pool, apple trees, and garden ready for planting your veggies. This home costs a modest $109,731.
